TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES:
Food prices include VAT 14% and 25,5% for other products. Products are sold online at prices currently displayed.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Minimum amount is 30 € on online store orders + 10,05 €. This is due to both of delivery cost and environmental reasons.
PRODUCT BEST BEFORE DATE:
All products mentioned in website are before best before date. You will get the best before date information on your copy order in e-mail. Please check your e-mail immediately after made an order and inform us if you wish to change your order.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Advance payment / bank transfer: Invoice will be sent you your email address with in 24 hours. Please use the REFERANCE number when paying. If you can’t use a reference number, please add the reference number to the payment message. Payment should be performed within 7 days of invoice date. As soon as payment is received, your order will be delivered. If invoice has not been paid within 7 days, the order will be removed from the system and the goods will not be delivered.
Mobilepay: Valid only on pick up the goods from our warehouse.
SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN FINLAND:
Pick-up from Posti parcel point or outlet cost 9,90€/parcel (maximum weight 25 kg): You will get parcel arrival notification by mobile phone text message and email when your order is ready to pick-up from the place you have chosen on ordering. Bring with you your ID card when picking up the parcel from Posti outlet.
Home delivery 19,00€/parcel: Your order will be delivered to delivery address you mentioned by next business days from dispatch with an appointment (Posti will call you to arrange the delivery time). Parcel is delivered in major cities deliveries can be made until 9 p.m. In other area, deliveries are made by 2 p.m. If you cannot be reached after two call attempts, a call-back request will be left to your address to arrange the delivery time.

You will get parcel arrival notification by mobile phone text message and email when your order is ready to pick-up from the place you have chosen on ordering. Bring with you your ID card when picking up the parcel from Posti outlet. We include product list in the package. Please check that you get all your order after you received the package. We check each product before we deliver and products leave from us in good condition. However, if something is wrong in the transportation, please let us know immediately. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or official measures to shipments.
DELIVERY TIME:
Estimated of the delivery within Finland is 1-2 working days and Europa Union countries 2-7 working days. We will inform you if the delivery time is longer then what we mentioned above. You have a right to withdraw your order before we deliver. We have a right to withdraw your order if the ordered product is out of stock or have access to other difficulties.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Products have 14 days return and exchange policy. Exchange policy does not apply to discounted products. Products must be unopened/sealed and unused. If you desire to return, please notify us by telephone +358 (2) 361 909 09 or e-mail to sale(at)indonesianmarket.fi before you return of the product.
ORDER TERMS:
You must be 18 years of age or legally competent person. You can place an order online, by selecting our products range into the order basket and send by electric letter. You can also order by email, phone and letter or visit our shop.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
We are not responsible for the prevention of delivery obstructed or delayed beyond the allegations such as war, natural disasters, export and import restrictions, the decision by the authorities, public transport or supply disruptions, labor disputes, and other service providers can block.
