Terms and Conditions

1. Prices

Food prices include VAT of 13.5 %, and other products include VAT of 25.5 %. Products are sold in the webshop according to the prices valid at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice..

2. Minimum Order

The minimum order for delivery is €30 (excluding delivery costs). This helps cover shipping expenses and reduce environmental impact, as each delivery creates emissions from transport, packaging, etc. There is no minimum order amount for pickup from our pickup kiosk.

3. Product Best Before Date

The best before date of each product is stated on our website. It is also included in your order confirmation email. Please check your email immediately after placing an order and inform us promptly if you wish to make changes to your order.

4. Payment Methods

• Advance Payment / Bank Transfer: An invoice will be sent to your email address within 24 hours at working days. Please use the reference number provided in invoice when making the payment. If you cannot use a reference number, include it in the payment message. Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Your order will be shipped once payment is received. Unpaid invoices after 7 days will result in the order being cancelled, and the goods will not be delivered.

• Vipps MobilePay: Vipps MobilePay payments are processed manually. You can pay with Vipps MobilePay if you are located in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, or Norway. The invoice and payment details will be sent by email within 1–24 hours on business days. If needed, a payment request can be sent directly via Vipps MobilePay to the phone number.

5. Shipping Costs within Finland

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

• Pickup from 24/7 Pickup Kiosk: Free (0 €)  at address: Luolakalliontie 12 A 2, 21420 LIETO.

  You will receive a pickup notification to access the kiosk by email. You can collect your order anytime 24/7 within the given time frame.

• Pickup from parcel locker or service point: 6,90 € – 9.90 € per parcel (max. weight 25 kg)

  You will receive notification via the app, SMS and/or email when your order is ready for collection from the location you selected during checkout. Show the PIN code you received with arrival notification and ID card might be asked when collecting your parcel from a parcel point.

• Home delivery with an arrival agreement: 9,90 € –  19,90 € per parcel (max weight 30 kg)

  Your order will be delivered to the address you provided within 1-3 business days after dispatch. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery time. In major cities, deliveries can be made 8 a.m – 9 p.m. 

6. Shipping Costs to European Union Countries

• Maximum weight per parcel :

  • Parcel locker up to 10 kg

  • Service point up to 20 kg.

  • Home delivery up to 30 kg. 

You will receive a text message or/and email notification when your parcel is ready for pickup at your chosen location. Bring your ID card when collecting from a parcel service.

A packing list/invoice is included with your order. Please check that all ordered items are present upon receipt.
We inspect all products before shipping and ensure they leave our premises in good condition. If any damage occurs during transport, please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other official procedures.

7. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Finland: 1–2 business days

• To EU countries: 2–7 business days

If delivery is expected to take longer than stated, we will inform you.
You have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if unforeseen difficulties arise.

8. Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt. This policy does not apply to discounted products. Returned products must be unopened, sealed, and unused. If you wish to return an item, please notify us in advance by email at sale(at)indonesianmarket.fi before sending the product back.

9. Order Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or legally competent to place an order. Orders can be placed online by adding products to your shopping cart and submitting your order electronically. You may also place orders by email.

10. Other Conditions

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, export or import restrictions, government decisions, public transportation or supply disruptions, labor disputes, or other service provider disruptions.
