Terms and Conditions

1. Prices

Food prices include VAT at 14%, and other products include VAT at 25.5%. Products are sold online at the prices displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Minimum Order

The minimum order value in our online store is €30, plus a €10.05 delivery cost to a pickup point. This requirement is due to both delivery costs and environmental considerations.

3. Product Best Before Date

The “best before” date of each product is stated on our website. It is also included in your order confirmation email. Please check your email immediately after placing an order and inform us promptly if you wish to make changes to your order.

4. Payment Methods
  • Advance Payment / Bank Transfer: An invoice will be sent to your email address within 24 hours. Please use the reference number provided when making the payment. If you cannot use a reference number, include it in the payment message. Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Your order will be shipped once payment is received. Unpaid invoices after 7 days will result in the order being cancelled, and the goods will not be delivered.
  • MobilePay: Available only for orders collected directly from our warehouse.
5. Shipping Costs within Finland
  • Pickup from 24/7 Pickup Kiosk: Free
    Address: Luolakalliontie 12 A 2, 21420 LIETO.
  • Pickup from Posti Parcel Point or Outlet: €10.05 per parcel (max. weight 25 kg)
    You will receive a text message and email notification when your order is ready for collection from the location selected during checkout. Bring your ID card when collecting your parcel from a Posti outlet.

  • Home Delivery: €20.15 per parcel
    Your order will be delivered to the address provided within the next business days after dispatch. Posti will contact you to arrange a delivery time. In major cities, deliveries can be made until 9 p.m. In other areas, deliveries are made by 2 p.m. If you cannot be reached after two call attempts, a call-back request will be left at your address to arrange the delivery.

You will receive a text message and email notification when your parcel is ready for pickup at your chosen location. Bring your ID card when collecting from a Posti outlet.
A packing list is included with your order. Please check that all ordered items are present upon receipt.
We inspect all products before shipping and ensure they leave our premises in good condition. If any damage occurs during transport, please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other official procedures.

7. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Finland: 1–2 business days

  • To EU countries: 2–7 business days

If delivery is expected to take longer than stated, we will inform you.
You have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if unforeseen difficulties arise.

8. Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt.
This policy does not apply to discounted products.
Returned products must be unopened, sealed, and unused.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us in advance by email at sale(at)indonesianmarket.fi before sending the product back.

9. Order Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or legally competent to place an order.
Orders can be placed online by adding products to your shopping cart and submitting your order electronically.
You may also place orders by email.

10. Other Conditions

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, export or import restrictions, government decisions, public transportation or supply disruptions, labor disputes, or other service provider disruptions.
